I developed an operational tool designed to simplify and standardize the car rental quotation process.

The system managed reservation details, automatically calculated rental rates and specific costs, and generated a complete, ready-to-use response containing all relevant booking information.

The final output could be copied directly into an email or used by the agent when communicating the offer to the customer.

The goal was simple: reduce processing time, minimize calculation errors, standardize customer communication
