From Concept to Completion

My experience combines design, construction execution, and project management, which allows me to understand and coordinate complex projects from the initial idea through to completion.

Alongside the development of my own restaurant business, I continued to work on independent construction projects, taking on design-and-build contracts, technical documentation, and structural assessment projects.

These included residential buildings, small accommodation units, and a steel-frame industrial/agricultural building, as well as technical surveys and expert documentation for existing structures.

Working across both the design and execution sides of construction has given me a practical understanding of the entire project lifecycle—from defining the solution and preparing the documentation to coordinating execution and delivering the finished result.
